The 2004 congress of the Society for the history of authorship reading and publishing will  be held in Lyon (France).

CROSSING BORDERS

Lyon, 20-24 July 2004

The main topic of the conference will be “Crossing Borders” : cultural transfers between the old and the new worlds, on both sides of the Atlantic and the Pacific. Presentations of European archival sources for the history of the book are also encouraged.
